Sauvignon Blanc White Wine
Labeled as the white-grape relative of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Sauvignon Blanc wine is usually clear in color with a light to medium body and noticable crispness. French Camp Vineyard
French Camp is famous in Paso Robles for white wines.
Holding a crisp, gold color that is darker than one would expect from a blanc, it has good legs and a clean aftertaste. A fat, buttery flavor with a grapefruit and pineapple pairing holds a touch of lemon, making this an excellent fall wine.
