Sauvignon Blanc White Wine

Labeled as the white-grape relative of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Sauvignon Blanc wine is usually clear in color with a light to medium body and noticable crispness. It is an excellant wine to pair with foods, and should generally be enjoyed when they are young. Common descriptors include grass, lemon, grapefruit, and passion fruit.

French Camp Vineyard

French Camp is famous in Paso Robles for white wines.

Holding a crisp, gold color that is darker than one would expect from a blanc, it has good legs and a clean aftertaste. A fat, buttery flavor with a grapefruit and pineapple pairing holds a touch of lemon, making this an excellent fall wine.
