Cabernet Franc Wine

A parent of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Cabernet Franc is lighter, having a bright, pale red color, and contributes finesse and a peppery perfume to blends with more robust grapes, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Generally, the flavor of the grape may be fruitier and herbal, but light on the tannins.
