Two Cab Blended Wine

This blend is perhaps our biggest wine currently bottled, due to the particular blend, and specifically, the barrels involved. If you are looking for a huge palate-cleansing wine to go with your weekend rib-eye, this is your beast!

Give it a couple of moments in the glass—and be rewarded! The wafts of oak mixed with allspice and some dried figs are the primary components of the bouquet. They drift up from the glass even more as the wine continues to open up. I can even get a bit of violets way on the back of the nose too…superb essence all the way around.

As stated before – this wine is big, hot, and sexy! After opening up some, your mouth is in for loads of caramel and mocha. There are quite a lot of earth tones that persist also, especially that of coffee and leather. This one is still a bit tight though and could use some time to mellow out – which just means a future investment in a great wine and hearty meal!
